1892 saw this ‘wee tin church’ officially open for Church of Ireland. It’s only one of 8 buildings left in Ireland and was built by the once mighty Harland & Wolff. Then Canon McNamara acquired it for the Catholic Church. Its now a community center with its newer version next door. There’s still a cosy and warm feeling about the old one though.
