Designed in 1863 by Thomas Jackson for Scottish Amicable Life Assurance Company then purchased by G Heyn & Sons in 1917. Presently the seat for the Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission. An Italianate building from the late Victorian period. The IRA wrecked it in 1976. Main entrance displays classical styles and Royal heraldic shields.
