Completed in 1875 as part of the Carlisle Methodist Memorial Church next door. It boasts a Gothic Revival style designed by WH Lynn. This Indian Community Centre ICC was officially opened by His Excellency IP Singh – the High Commissioner of India on the 24th August 1980. They also deal with many social issues in the wider community.
