In a first for an English town, Swindon borough council have sensationally announced they will be introducing free Wifi for the whole town. The news was carried on radio and tv today while the BBC online reports further that the council: “plan for all 186,000 citizens to have blanket “Wi-Fi mesh” coverage by April 2010.” [...]
