Annalong Silent Valley Reservoir
30 million gallons of water daily pour out of this dam finished in 1933. Hard granite and soft ground made digging difficult so ingenious ways were engineered. Neither was it without sacrifice. Surrounded in ponds, parklands, nature trails and a wide variety of wild life this is a gift for everyone who enjoys the outdoors and spectacular scenery.
