House and land dates back to 1867 having changed ownership many times: Henry Russell-Nicholas Grimshaw-William Ferran. Even the British army and next to the Catholic Church. It’s now the Oasis Community Center. Once a beautiful and tranquil secret surrounded by trees and nature now with as much appeal as a developers back yard.
