Within the gateway itself. Many historical aspects of the construction of San Luca Basilica and the porticoes leading up to it are shown. There are also didactic facilities for each room. A few paintings, icons of the Virgin and some exhibits deal with the origins of the procession every year in Bologna. There’s even an altar next to the busy road.
